Pros

The subject matter experts who lead and deliver our solutions for our clients are amazing. The new changes have been embraced along with the new lines of communication with Senior Management. Fun place to be at with lots of energy!

Cons

I'm trying to think of some. I really can't think of any that come to mind. I enjoy the fast pace and high expectations Ansira has set for me and my team. Our team has the opportunity to work from home when needed and flexibility to keep a good balance.

Technology is very stale. The technology stack is very outdated and can't be salvaged at this point.

Pros

Co-workers are cool, while they last. But the turn over rate is extremely high so they don’t stick around for long.

Cons

Almost everything. Mostly the fact that work/life balance doesn’t exist here. Ansira is life while you work here and you never see your family. Also, being treated like you’re in second grade by managers who have no idea what they’re even doing.

Each team, situation, and experience is certainly unique –but in general we are proud that our turnover is significantly down compared to last year, as is our OT (employees on average spend 3-4 hours OT per week.) I encourage you to reach out to your supervisor, or their supervisor if you don’t get an immediate response. We appreciate and want your feedback either in one of our employee engagement surveys, or through direct feedback. If that doesn’t work, please reach out to HR – we want to hear your suggestions for improvement!
