Pros

If you just graduated from college, an account rep might be a good option for you. A lot of change is happening within for the company to improve culture and employees personal development and growth.

Cons

Monotonous work and lack of growth! Hopefully the change of management might take care of this issue. The pay and benefits are not that appealing.

Thank you for your review. We are happy that you believe this is a great place to work! We do have some great benefits, and great people, and it’s great to hear that acknowledged. We appreciate your feedback regarding employee development and recognition. We believe that our newly launched WE University and Cheers! recognition program will help us improve in both areas.

Pros

Culture is really fun and they plan a ton of events for the employees. Week off between Christmas and New Years. 4 weeks PTO.

Cons

No work life balance. The company doesn’t care about those in TCMA and will force you to work Sundays and 13+ hour days multiple times every month. They make you submit an email to your boss for why you are leaving at your scheduled time (even if you already worked 10 hours that day) Management is terrible. They have a lot of PTO but they force you to take it when they want you to, you don’t get to chose when to use it. You can’t take a lunch except for the last week of the month. If you have to take a day off they take away the OT you earned that week. The company itself is losing money and just demoted the CEO. And you make hardly any money to work in Hell.

We shared your response with Adam Vandermyde, EVP, TCMA Services. He shares his response here: “Thank you for your feedback, and we regret your experience wasn’t a positive one at Ansira. We absolutely DO care for our TCMA employees, as they are one of the three pillars of Ansira! While we love that our teams are dedicated and work hard to take care of our great clients, we certainly do not want frequent weekend work. In fact, we have made great progress in reducing OT in the group, but there are a handful of accounts whose hours are still more than we would like. We are continuing to focus on those (and other) accounts and will continue to provide the support and staff required to keep our clients happy, and also provide a good balance for our teams.”
