Friendly, fast-paced environment

Pros

Coworkers are friendly and helpful. Management in the STL office seems to make a great team and is supportive of staff concerns. Very generous PTO, even to new employees.

Cons

There have been a lot of management changes over the past year, and staff does struggle with the uncertainty that brings. However, the new management team seems focused on helping employees succeed.

Toxic culture, poorly defined roles, inept leadership

Pros

Relatively interesting work if you're lucky enough to be assigned to a forward-thinking client.

Cons

High leadership turnover. Lack of company direction and strategy. Lack of transparency to employees. Leadership incapable of setting strategic direction and driving toward goals. Strategy seems to be reactive, rather than proactive in addressing client needs. Toxic culture amongst teams, which leadership refuses to address. Tyrant mentality amongst certain team leaders. Delivery teams are over-worked and never properly consulted before client commitments are made. Technologies and processes implemented are archaic, taking several weeks to deliver for clients what should take mere days. Roles are ill-defined, leading to over-worked employees with limited career growth. Company does a poor job of integrating teams after acquisitions and across geographical locations.
