Pros

An earlier iteration of this company survived the DotCom bust and the 2008 real estate crisis, clearly they knew how to stay afloat. Really good telemetry tech

Cons

Company binged and purged ion new tech. Built a premium experience with a premium operating cost, not designed for scaling down in hardware or people. Has spent the last four years focusing too much of its ever-dwindling resources on cloud and vendor migrations instead of new functionality, righting wrongs that should have been prevented in the first place when they were flush with talent.

Pros

Nothing comes to mind right now—maybe working from home, since they are fully remote but lack team chemistry and typical tech company perks. Sincro/CDK had a fun culture, while Ansira didn’t invest much—just a few 30-minute Teams party calls with a $20 DoorDash credit, which felt pretty underwhelming.

Cons

Sold the automotive division to DealerOn due to ongoing lack of innovation and investment. Leadership and key management have been leaving the company, signaling instability. No clear goals or strategic direction remain in place. Required weekly time sheet which shows lack of trust in employees.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We believe strongly that the divestiture of Sincro was a positive step for both organizations, enabling each to focus on what they do best. This transition was well-communicated among both companies and provided the opportunity for the Sincro team and technology to flourish, while allowing Ansira to further refine and strengthen our core offerings. As a former employee, we understand that you may not be familiar with the clear vision and strategy currently guiding our organization. We're confident in the direction we're heading and look forward to continuing to build on the progress being made. We appreciate your contributions during your time here and wish you all the best in your future endeavors.
