There is no heart or soul in the leadership team. Focused on replacing good people with great knowledge without a plan or direction so everything just keeps getting worse because the fundamental problems still exist. HR is too busy sending surveys and controlling outcome to paint a false picture of their success Asking employees to write good reviews on Glassdoor to help reviews and make culture and CEO appear better isn't working. CEO talks transparency, honest open - Not at all. No one knows what's going on and everyone is scared to say anything or they'll lose their jobs. They don't even ask any questions during exit interview to try to improve. Just some low level HR who is clueless making a one minute poor attempt at explaining cobra. Of course since HR controls the message and doesn't care for real feedback, no reason to find out why someone is leaving. They just ask us employees to write inflated positive reviews.

Culture is awful. Everyone feels like they will be fired tomorrow. No support from management. Management is very top heavy and only concerned about the numbers and not the company or the people in any way. And if you disagree with Management you may be gone or at least never promoted. No transparency here either. No one know the truth of what is happening
