      Pros

      I have worked here for 4 years and Ansira has come a long way over that time. I plan to stay for a long time which was not the case all that long ago. Below are the the things I feel are some of the best Pros of working here. —Friendly people - I love the people I work with —Collaborative spaces -comfortable, open areas throughout the office to collaborate or just get a change of scenery — New CEO, she has set our ship in the right direction. She’s approachable, kind and motivating —Great benefits - up to 12 wks paid (100%) maternity leave. Additional benefits for secondary caregiver. — 4wks PTO plus additional time over holidays (paid) —Flex schedules available — half day Fridays each month— stocked beer/wine/soda/snacks/etc — Leadership has made a huge effort to be transparent which was not the case in the past. — Trainings that have been needed for a long time are now in place

      Cons

      —There is a lot of change going on right now. While I fully believe it’s headed in the right direction, there are always growing pains. It doesn’t happen overnight but we’re getting there. I’m looking forward for what’s to come. —Organization/structure - these types of things are activel being addressed but we still have some work to do

      Upper management disconnected with employees and what it takes to truly service the Client work.

      Great Change Happening

      Pros

      This company has gone through A TON of change within the past year. I believe that our leadership team has shifted their focus on transparency, engagement, and bettering the company with integrity. There are a lot of perks that come with being a part of Ansira and I feel inspired by what top leadership is doing and management allows you to learn and grow as much as you would like to!

      Cons

      The pay is...okay. And it varies a lot for people of the same position. There are definitely growing pains that come with the change. The company has shifted to a more corporate overall vibe rather than agency.
