Ansira reviews

Reviews have always been late. If you quit, transfer departments, or even get a promotion, you simply don't get your review/ raise. Management gives more work without more pay, saying things like, "that's a responsibility, not a promotion." Sometimes people even become a team lead without a change in title or pay.
