Pros

Fun employee perks such as Friday happy hours and employee appreciation month. Also have some cool opportunities within the company career wise. It's nice they pay overtime as well.

Cons

Underpaid while doing monotonous work. In this position you will be doing a lot of repetitive work that seems meaningless. The work that gets completed is so far removed from the overall goal of the accounts that you forget what it all even means. It's basically a corporate version of a quality assurance factory job.

Pros

Set schedule with some flexibility. Happy hour on fridays and some cool company events. This is a good starter company to gain some experience but don’t plan to stay here long

Cons

Don’t expect to move up in this company. They play favorites it doesn’t matter how hard you work to management to them the only thing that matters is how long you have worked here. It’s seniority over work ethic.

Small perks like Beer Friday's, extended Christmas breaks, some cool people that work at the company

Cons

No guideance from upper management, not room to grow within the department. Less than stellar pay increases. Clique-y atmosphere.
