Pros

Great coworkers, it's normal to willingly hang out with the people you work with outside of work Flex Friday options, free beer/wine Friday afternoons, company events PTO/benefits start the day of hire. 3 weeks of PTO and the option to rollover 1 week to the next year Daina seems like she's really trying to make a difference in the company. She's bringing in some new leaders who seem to care. I'm interested to see if she actually follows through with some of her promises, unfortunately a lot of people won't stick around to see these changes because of how broken everything already is

Cons

Overworked and underpaid. You're required to work overtime in certain departments leading to almost no work-life balance. Inconsistent policies across offices and departments. Middle management doesn't care about their employees, they only care about themselves. Also extremely reluctant to change. If we're doing things the same way they've been done for a decade that's a terrible sign for a company that prides itself on technology. CP is a joke. Extremely rude, lack of respect, but nothing is done because "that's the way it's always been." One of our "values" is Respect but some of the highest people in the company have no idea what that word means. Everyone in TPM is miserable and it's not their fault. They get treated like 5 year olds and micromanaged to an extreme. These accounts make up most of the profit for this company, treat them like it. The whole company gets certain holidays off, but TPM has to work. The whole company gets to go to company events during the work day, but TPM has to work. In what world is this fair?

Pros

Decent pay, happy hour fridays, frequent food trucks, time off is fairly easy to get with a few caveats

Cons

Shills on Glassdoor. Some of these reviews are clearly curated by management. Always take these reviews with a grain of salt, mine included since this kind of thing self selects people who are unhappy, or those paid to fluff the average Severe micromanagement. There is little leeway in reaching daily goals regardless of outside circumstances. If you have to take a lot of phone calls that day, that sucks, you still better get the rest of your work done. Extremely high turnover. I have had more than 5 supervisors in under 4 years. You aren’t valued, and are easily replaceable. This isn’t necssarily the fault of management, it’s kind of the nature of a semi entry level position, but it would be nice to feel like what we do matters. Overtime expectations. Overtime is great if you can get it but it has to be approved by management and if they don’t approve it, you are expected to stay and work off the clock, which I’m pretty sure is illegal. No transparency. I have no idea what my supervisor and above positions do, and management evades giving a straight answer. Promotion beyond Account Rep 2 is difficult since I don’t know what is expected. Unequal pay. Like most corporations, they like to keep employees in the dark about what other employees make. Luckily I’m good enough friends with other employees so we talk and I found out I’m making significantly more than someone else doing the same job. Antiquated tech. I use a website that looks like it was programmed in the Clinton administration, and functions like it
