Our new learning management system is an investment in helping team members improve their skills, and our new values prioritize helping others and fostering an environment of growth. We’re excited to introduce programs shortly to help employees connect with colleagues and hone their expertise. Our values also emphasize always moving forward by rising to the challenge and focusing on the future. We recognize that turning work mode off can be complicated given that we are spread across multiple time zones and that people are working from home. We’ve provided training to team members to help with balancing their professional and personal lives, as well as a flexible PTO policy that allows employees to take time off when they need it.
