Pros
You will be challenged, you will be on your toes and busy. Most of the people that work there are great. If you do your job well, security is great- the company is growing like crazy and really starting to be recognized in the industry.
Cons
The few people who are not so great are also the ones that run the company, make the decisions, and are recognized and praised on a regular basis. The stressful, unhappy, pressure-filled environment these few have created has quickly filtered throughout the entire office. People are starting to realize this and jumping ship. The loyalty is 100% to the clients and not to their own employees. Additionally there are questionable ethical decisions made and turned a blind eye to.
