      Pathetic company to work very risky environment.

      Pros

      On paper good policy but on implementation overall staff is intellectually beggar & HR are just mouthpiece. Good salary, at present transport facility, subtle refreshing facility.

      Cons

      There is no business presence in India & thus all the decisions are taken from US management once they took any decisions individual contribution, support from Indian management nullify to ZERO. No Guarantee of Job security if you have a decent salary. 0 support from US based people.

      Pros

      If you are a fresher then its a good company to start your career in IT. Other departments are best except content.

      Cons

      There is no fix work structure. You will not get appreciated and recognition and appreciations from higher level authorities unless u do overtime and detain your mental and physical health. There are some employees who work apart from working hours to exceed in the target and the higher level management will always compare you with them.
