Pros

Work from home, unlimited time off.

Cons

Everything else, they just load more and more on you until you start underperforming, then let you go, and keep everyone over in India.

Cons

When you start, everything seems good but things will slowly get worse. This place will ruin your health and mental health. There is a lot of toxicity in the management, they make fun and laugh at other people and anyone can see/hear it. Any recommendation or advice will be ignored and brushed off while you are being micromanaged because of those same issues you offered to fix. The micromanagement is getting out of control with managers assigning you the work of 3 people and checking on you multiple times a day to keep the pressure on. Clients and customers are unhappy because we were told to prioritize volume and not quality. I was led to believe incorrect things multiple times, about so many things I cannot even remember, and some that I could have taken legal action against. They love to advertise their unlimited PTO but you are made aware that you cannot take any days off as it would be "bad for the team". If you take a job there, look for something else because after 6 months, things will get worse.

Pros

Some Colleagues are Good People that truly care about their clients (I filled in for one during their Family Leave Period), others are looking to coast and see the client as a big ATM machine.

Cons

On May 9th, 2023 as I was producing Record-Setting Results for Ansira’s clientele I was called by the Payroll Department, they stated I owed the company almost $1,000; needless to say that was false and I made they were informed of State/Local Tax Regulations. As the CEO alluded in his Q2 2023 Keynote, the agency is facing serious financial challenges and every mistake will be scrutinized. Also, their FedEx Account was past due when I attempted to return my equipment to HQ
