      Pros

      You get to travel on their dime.

      Cons

      Never get promoted. Barely anybody gets get yearly raises. Super two faced, lying, manipulative people get promoted only. Nobody will have your back. You are a number only. Nobody is interested in helping you advance in your career unless you are sleeping with them and/or have zero people or management skills. It’s a very toxic work environment that most people, even to this day are trying to leave. It’s so sad because it started out wonderfully with Cobalt, to devolve to this is a tragedy. Leaders are overpaid, pompous, self righteous liars who care less than nothing about their employees.

      How to bleed employees dry: Ansira

      Pros

      Working from home, solid benefits, and unlimited PTO depending on if your account isn't severely mismanaged by higher ups.

      Cons

      Complete lack of support from higher ups. Empty, corporate buzzwords to make it seem like you're appreciated. Lack of mental health support when dealing with inane and unhinged clients. If you're on an account that has way too much work load for how many actually competent team members are on the team, upper management will leave your team out to dry and blame lower management for the team's woes, while forcing you into over time to meet quotas. If you're just out of college and need a resume builder and an income, Ansira will do that for you. Otherwise, the experience is a slog of anxiety and burnout.

      A dinosaur going out in extinction

      Pros

      Most of the DPS team and the managers are good, also most of the Account executives are hard working people.

      Cons

      Everyone in the sales management team. Starting from the top. Toxic dinosaurs, they treat people like dirt, dealers don’t matter, it is all about making money in the short term. Frat boy mentality, there egos are the size of planets. The pay plan is horrible, long term employees are rewarded with nothing. No direction, management by fear and horrible service.
