Good Place to Work

Pros

I'm really happy to be working at Ansira. Sure, there are some things I'd like changed, but every workplace has issues. I've had positive relationships with my managers -- they've trusted me and I've trusted them; I've been given opportunities to do things outside my job description and learn new skills; there are a ton of large clients with cool brands who are doing some innovative marketing stuff and I get to work on it; I trust my team to do a good job and I like hanging out with (some of) them outside work; and I'm getting some great marketing experience that's going to help me in my career. Overall, I feel like I'm part of a winning team here, which is huge for me and why I stay.

Cons

Work is usually busy and some clients are pretty demanding. Which means my schedule needs to stay flexible. But I've worked other places where things are slow for too long and layoffs are commonplace, and I'd much rather be here.

Pros

Good Entry Level Position, Many paid vacation days, "Fun Fridays" where once a month you can take a half-day that does not count toward your vacation.

Cons

Heavy workload, High turn-over, My particular client always seemed to be in crisis mode and Ansira is not positioned well enough with it's clients to persuade them to act otherwise. Management will say "Yes" to the client for literally anything as long as it contributes to their own wealth. The only way to move up is to stick around long enough
