Pros

Flexibility to work from home and unlimited PTO

Cons

Using PTO meant you were behind on work when you got back. Low pay. No clear way to move up

Pros

There are no Pros to working here.

Cons

This is literally the worst company I have ever worked for. The Current president is a terrible, cruel and toxic human being. The former C-suite was at least a little nicer but the board of directors tosses out leadership every year or so...so that no stability is ever gained. They can't decide what they want to be as as a company so they change every 6 months. They currently go after local level marketing which is competing with freelancers who have no overhead and tiny rates compared to Ansira so that it is a losing battle from the start. I'm all for new ideas on gaining traction in business, but know when to right the ship. They despise ideas and creative in advertising and design and it shows in their presentations, pitches, and day to day contact. They don't understand marketing or advertising or design but it still sits on their menu of services. They offer data solution that most of the companies they pitch for that service have no interest in 3rd party handling of their data which has killed more pitches than I can count. There are some sweet people who work there, but that doesn't make up for the complete incompetence that starts at the top with the board. If there is a hell on earth, this is it. At least for real marketing people. Good luck to them. I hope if they are still continuing to decline, I hope it happens faster so that everyone is put out of their misery.

We take employee feedback very seriously and are committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members. We have not received feedback specific to this topic from other employees, perhaps this is a result from a misunderstanding. Our President and our CFO/COO have been operating in this industry for several decades combined, and their perspectives and decisions are based on the company in its entirety. We hope you will take the time to schedule a one-on-one meeting with your HR Partner to discuss your concerns in greater detail. This will provide an opportunity to address any specific issues you may have and find solutions that work for both you and the company. We value your input and want to ensure that all of our employees feel supported and heard.
