      We provide ample opportunities for team members to grow within the company, including a comprehensive learning management system and job swap program. Advancement is based on merit and promotions are given to deserving team members with a record of significant contributions.       We appreciate you taking the time to share your input with us. One of the advantages of working for Sincro is indeed the varied, interesting work that challenges team members to think and grow, as well as the opportunities for training, leadership development, and promotion. New leaders in our billing department are prioritizing how to better define and improve our collections processes. Initiatives are underway to do that now and on an ongoing basis into the future. Team members are an integral part of these improvement efforts, as they offer hands-on expert insights into how to refine current procedures.
