Pros

Good benefits, great people, nice place to grab an entry-level job.

Cons

Leadership is dumping too much work on mid-level management and providing no actual leadership. There is a ridiculous amount of leadership turnover. All-company meetings make it seem like everything is fine. I've been here for awhile and everyone is miserable. I've never seen it this bad. Company has constantly acquired new companies and it's just caused chaos. No one is working off the same systems leading to silos and bitterness from all locations. I don't see a positive path forward.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are working this year on more manager training and enablement to better support all our teams and people, and are also working to create more consistency within tools and processes for all teams. I would encourage you to work with your manager or HR business partner to discuss how we can improve your specific situation. Thanks, Jay

Pros

Nice environment. covered parking. Snacks provided. Alcohol at work. Internal events. Good looking people.

Cons

Lesser compensation to title. Quik to layoff people. Remainder PTO won't be paid. When you give 2 weeks notice, you are locked to work those 2 weeks and remaining PTO won't be cashed. You are donating those hours.

Thank you for your review and valued contribution. We are glad you enjoyed the many perks of working at Ansira. As you know, we recently increased PTO for everyone in the company, as we know time off is important. We encourage all team members to use their PTO. Like many companies, if PTO is not used, there is no payout, as we want to encourage our team members to take time off to refresh and recharge, and to take care of personal matters outside of work.

Pros

Ansira is a good place to start off your career for a number of reasons: - Potential to be added to an awesome team, there's a lot of AMAZING people that work at Ansira. - All the components of a full-blown marketing company - Legitimately cool and welcoming environment/culture (at least in Dallas) - Training is done different per team, but my training was excellent.

Cons

I'd suggest not staying at Ansira too long (especially in CP - Account Rep) because: - Below average industry pay rates - There are a lot of people in creative that are working on digital/social creative but have no education or experience with social or digital ads. Huge problem. - Projects are bogged down by inefficient internal processes & bureaucracy.. and no one has any interest in improving this - Constant demand for overtime work with no compensation - Divisions within the company like creative project managers are MASSIVELY understaffed and the hiring managers do nothing for months to fix the issue - People that are just "getting by" and doing the minimum within the company have, and will be sticking around for years. These people need to be replaced with A level talent. - HR does not pay nearly enough attention to employees from a retention standpoint. Backup plans for account loss or restructuring should not be an afterthought. BIG issue with retaining top talent.
