      Pros

      Flex PTO and 1 week off during the Christmas Holiday.

      Cons

      There is no stability within the company. They are, what seems to be, constantly going through a RIF. It creates a toxic work environment when employees and their roles are not considered a valuable asset to the company. The workload or those affected by the RIF are then added to the remaining employees who are already under paid and under appreciated. It is a sinking ship that has been struggling for a long time.
