      Didn’t realize how burnt out I was here

      Pros

      Nice coworkers, some big brand name clients, work from home model, unlimited PTO

      Cons

      No uniform processes, not enough work for teams, zero onboarding process. I felt extremely isolated during my time here. “Merit raises” are tiny or non existent, little means to move up, no career development, no follow through on anything (ideathon where??), no community building, no real, meaningful commitment to employees, you feel expendable, doesn’t feel stable.

      Pitiful pay, awful management, no training provided, loves to gas light employees, sending American jobs over seas.
