Poor Culture

Pros

There are a lot of opportunities for improvement, and there are many talented and friendly team members outside of Finance.

Cons

Poor communication and team culture within Finance. Concerns about poor and toxic leadership not addressed, and many talented folks have chosen to leave the company. Hard to imagine things will get better until a true focus on employee satisfaction is achieved.

Poor Leadership

Pros

friendly coworkers and drinks on Friday.

Cons

Micro Managing, leadership makes promises they can't keep and very retroactive about situations, leadership will blame employees to save themselves. There is "Mob Mentality" that goes on here and goals become unrealistic.

Pros

Cool office location for Dallas Decent PTO

Cons

Avoid this place at all costs. They have lost major clients in the last year and millions of dollars in revenue. They sent out a company wide email saying that annual raises would now be up to their manager’s discretion. There have been various rounds of layoffs in the last year, including people who have been there for decades so there’s no job security.

As you know, it is the nature of our business to periodically have client changes – welcoming new clients into the fold and parting ways with previous clients when business needs change. As a business, we react to our work needs overall, and sometimes that means layoffs – although we always look to other cost-saving avenues first.
