Pros

Decent benefits and unlimited PTO. Really nice people throughout the entire organization and you have plenty of opportunities to gain experience by taking on more projects (due to the high turnover).

Cons

I hate cliches but the one I used above definitely applies for my experience at Ansira so far. Super high turnover from leadership on down and a serious lack of structure in regards to upward mobility.

Pros

Ansira gives employees the week off during Christmas. Remote for most employees.

Cons

Ansira went through many acquisitions in a very short time frame. The majority of the employees who were working at the acquired companies left. Culture at Ansira is not the greatest; poor professional development opportunities, little to no communication between teams, ever changing leadership and management; 4 CEO's within a short time. The values have changed more times that I can count.
