Experience in SaaS, channel partner, and marketing operations.

Cons

I spent nearly a decade at Ansira, and the environment wears you down fast. Management focuses on themselves, not their teams. Reviews and “flex PTO” are meaningless—salary bumps are 1–2%, and you’re limited on time off. Program managers work weekends with no overtime, drowning in an insane volume of work. In no time, you feel stuck, frustrated, and like your only option is to resign.

I learned a lot about the Mar-Tech industry. Remote work from home.

Cons

Started at a time when Ansira acquired 2 other companies, so there were a lot of new employees and clients that transitioned at the same time that I was hired.
