      Pros

      Because Ansira is a full-service marketing technology agency, there are endless opportunities to grow and expand our skillsets without ever having to look to another company.

      Cons

      Not isolated to Ansira, but as a "remote-first" company, it is difficult to create those community-driven experiences like we could when we were in the office. It forces us to get even more creative to continue to nurture a fun, exciting atmosphere that makes people feel enthusiastic about their job.

      Pros

      401k and work-life balance Only specific teams are good.

      Cons

      Pay is really low compared to market they don't promote any kind of inclusion no value to an employee who wants to pursue certifications Only join if want to work with a bunch of people who are already settled and only want holidays and are fine with low pay. All past acquisition's legacy code around there
