I've worked at Ansira for many years and the reason I stay is the people I work with - a solid group of dedicated, reliable teammates who will go out of their way to help. Many people, including senior leaders, have been with the company 15-25 years, so they know the business inside and out and have a lot of knowledge to transfer. This says a lot about the company. Ansira offers great benefits, 401k match, unlimited PTO, good maternity/paternity leave, Hybrid/WFH environment and a great company culture with plenty of diverse and inclusive committees and events. It’s a good place for college grads to start a career as you’ll meet a lot of people your age and make new friends. The growth plan is solid for those who want to put in the work and who show leadership promise. The current Hybrid/WFH environment can be challenging to promote engagement and a fun culture, but the Leaders at Ansira do all they can to bring their teams together regularly. I’m very happy with my choice of company and will stick around for many more years.
