      Pros

      Benefits are a big perk -- WFH / remote-first included. The people you will work with are also great and highly skilled at what they do. If just starting out, this is where you go to grow your experience. If more senior in your career, it's a good place to solidify your path with big brand-name clients.

      Cons

      The work can be demanding but ultimately rewarding.

      Unlimited PTO and fully remote working

      Cons

      Over worked for the amount of money you make and very unorganized... people are constantly quitting which causes for constant change
