Pros

Growth opportunity and great people to work with.

Cons

Doesn't matter how good of a job you do or your dedication. The high level turnover is outstanding. Not sure if it is normal but in my 7 years I had 4 CEO's. Upper to mid level management never lasted too long so any good you have done prior is out the window. The customer disconnect is outstanding but I do not think that matters. When you treat your own staff as irrelevant that absolutely bleeds into your customers treatment.

Pros

Many talented and kind people across the organization Generally relaxed culture with low day-to-day pressure Opportunities to contribute ideas and help improve internal processes Some leaders genuinely want the company to succeed

Cons

No existing portfolio, pipeline, or warm leads, everything had to be built from zero Sales cycles are long (8–12 months), yet expectations did not appear aligned to that reality Training and onboarding were limited, especially for such a complex sale Very low sense of urgency across teams, even after acquiring two competitors The platform and processes felt dated and overly manual given the company’s positioning Forecast meetings were inefficient, often involving listening to other reps’ numbers without actionable feedback Feedback from leadership was consistently vague and never framed as negative, even when directly requested Favoritism was noticeable, and the culture did not foster a strong sense of belonging or team cohesion Will let you go with no hesitation or explanation
