The mission and overall vision of the company is genuinely admirable. It's a company filled with really bright minds.

Cons

Despite my best efforts, the work of my team rarely felt appreciated. This was exacerbated by the frequent changes in marketing leadership and the structural changes of the overall team.

Cons

Seriously under pay employees Benefits are laughable Bonus is if your manager decides to give you one, and then has to be approved by their manager. Mental abuse is real here

Pros

Company with good reputation, knowledgeable colleagues, good salary, a visionary executive management.

Cons

FBU testing management, their dictatorship, their self interest and nepotism are what makes this work environment polluted. Project assignments, performance assessments, appropriations are all controlled and predefined by just one or two people.
