      Cool place but has its problems like other companies it’s size

      Pros

      *flexible work schedule * benefits are good * a lot of employees stay here for a career * world leader in what they = job security

      Cons

      * pay is low compared to market/competitors * management is not transparent and believes everything is ok but it’s clear moral is in the toilet in different parts of the company * management wants feedback but if a person says how they really feel your labeled negative and will not be eligible for promotions/advancement * a lot of people are in positions their not qualified for. Folks who have little experience and people who have been with the company a long while

      Good company but look out for Pricing Team

      Pros

      Continuously growing company. Fair PTO and sick time.

      Cons

      Pricing team is terribly disorganized with no set direction in place. Would not suggest if you have any sort of career aspirations. Leaders are either disconnected or not even close to being qualified for a management position. Steer clear if you don’t want to take a step back in your career.

      Fair pay and perks - the Leadership really does go above and beyond to ensure pay for performance; Respectful Teams - everyone is positive, encouraging and willing to help; Great Culture - Inclusiveness is a strong thread; the people value differing opinions as contributing to growth, not a challenge to status quo.

      Cons

      Pre-Covid -> work life balance, but as a result of remote work, we've all become more agile and the Leadership has noticed. They're making it easier for us to find balance.
