Pros

The lower level employees that do the bulk of the work are very talented and generally pleasant to work with. Pay is very good. Intrateam communication is decent. The problems to solve are vast and difficult.

Cons

High pressure and very high stress Not a lot of support from above Fairly big disconnect between the worker level and management levels in terms of communication, customer understanding, and what really goes on in the business.
