Decent company, great stock, lousy pay

Pros

The stock options are great, and our stock continues to grow. Some departments are well-run.

Cons

The pay is subpar, the existence of the word "inflation" has never been acknowledged, some departments are run well while others are trainwrecks which no one does anything about. There is no consistency from department to department which hinders not only the poorly performing department but also any department that works with them.

Cool products. Good people. Incredible breath and depth of product offerings. Strong customer base.

Cons

The senior staff make about 50x more in stock than they do with their salary, so everything is about the stock price. Due to that, you can have high single digit organic growth and a 48% net operating margin, but still, no one is happy. Headquarters has piped in "white noise" due to the open environment to mask hearing other conversations. Some find it annoying. Some get noise cancelling headsets to wear while working. Poor cloud strategy.

Employee morale very low, people not willing to help, very disorganized culture territories are too small for mature market - unrealistic quotas- boys club mentality in sales
