      Pros

      People are the best reason for working at ANSYS. They are true professionals in all areas of the business. Every department can be counted upon to do their job, and cooperate fully when needed from another department.

      Cons

      There are a few fiefdoms in the corporate office. It can tend to be clique-ish; when you're in the right crowd, it's great. Not so much if you are in the outside, looking in.

      Pros

      Good and helpful colleagues. A lot of engagement with customers which improve communication skills. You need to study all the time and be productive.

      Cons

      A lot of overtime which you won't get paid but you will learn out of it. Be prepared for missions and be away from home. You need to study all the time.

      Pros

      Products and vision are a driving force in the market and ANSYS is a leader here.

      Cons

      Ability to be agile, strategy concepts, leadership lacking for large company. Marketing and IT staff are the worst groups in the company. ANSYS needs a better understanding on how to manage large accounts and how to compensate those that manage them.
