      ANSYS is a leader in Simulation. Working in an environment where products and customer applications and needs are evolving with the time is quite exciting!

      There can be some pressure some time but this is part of the game and probably what keep us alive...

      You get out what you put into it. Very relaxed and friendly environment.

      Cons

      In conjunction with the pro of you get out what you put into it. They aren't going to force you to go above and beyond, so if you don't strive to go anywhere it is very easy to stay in the same role.
