Pros

-Losing your job -False sense of job security

Cons

No write-ups before terminations. No verbal or written write-ups necessary before termination. Don't expect to stay in your position long. No healthcare benefits. Worst company I've ever worked for. They'll make you work 40+ hours a week, 12 hour shifts without a lunch, and then terminate you when they find a pretty face to replace you. There is NO requirements for the company to look out for your best interests as a human being. They'll make you process illegal agreements and threaten you daily with termination until your time is up. You'll never see your return of determination and hardwork. DO NOT ACCEPT JOBS OFFERED FROM THIS COMPANY.

Pros

Clean Gym. Some Friendly People to work with.

Cons

Everything else. There was no guidance. I was told by management I was running the PT department. Then the owner tells all of the employees that I'm 'nobody's boss', so none of the trainers feel any need to listen when I delegate tasks, then I get blamed for their disobedience. The owner was a complete bully, a rich kid who was taught to treat people like dirt. He prided himself on coming in with the sole purpose of making the female employees cry. He demeaned people, spoke down to them, and EVERY SINGLE WEEK threatened not to pay us. The owner was a cruel, exploitative bully who used corporate seminar buzzwords like 'Positivity' and 'ROI' and 'Net' to play adult when, in reality, he had NO CLUE had to run a business or lead. The solution was always to throw money at a problem and demean his employees. Also, nobody was an employee! Everyone was an independent contractor! Yet the owner tried to boss them around! If you are not paying people an hourly wage, you can't demand they spend all their time at the gym! THE OWNER EXPECTED EVERYONE TO WORK FOR FREE WHILE HE MADE TENS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS A MONTH ON MEMBERSHIPS. There were no certified trainers except myself. This didn't feel like a training job. It was flat sales. This could have been a paper clip store, it didn't matter.

Pros

This was a very fun place to work and I also really appreciated the fact that they are very non-judge mental-meaning that they didn't mind if you had piercings or tattoos so that was really nice. A lot of gyms require for you to take out piercings and to cover up tattoos. The staff was also very nice.

Cons

I really can't think of any cons
