Pros
The HR team and Direct Supervisor I worked with always pushed to give me the knowledge to grow, both professionally and personally. They actively strive to teach and constantly offer courses and seminars to take if you are willing to grow in your role. The direct supervisor always had our back and listened when we needed support. The benefits(Medical and Life Insurance) and the paid time off are great. The location of the corporate office is beautiful. Despite some changes, I think the company could make I do not regret the 3 years I spent learning, growing, and making lifelong friends. If you are willing to put in the work, this is an amazing company you can gain experience from.
Cons
The pay is low. Recruiting was mostly handling paperwork and not the actual recruiting of candidates, would have loved to be more hands-on. Wish upper management would push to make some much-needed IT changes.
