      Pros

      Many of the other managers have been here...forever. That says something! Great support from not just corporate, but from other managers in my region.

      Cons

      Pay was just ok. I didn't like how my apartment comp was recorded. Because everyone stays here forever, it is hard to get promoted.

      Work for the company during the height of Covid and their response to the situation was mediocre at best and rules weren’t really enforced at a property level. Because we were essential we were still onsite dealing with residents face to face. And I’d you have a Covid related issues they was never any clear direction on what they were going to do if you had to be out for extended periods of time. HR department sounds like they are for you but really are for the company.
