At the time I was hired, I was a recent college graduate with no prior experience. I will be forever grateful to my HR manager that gave me the opportunity to learn, grow, and gain experience in different branches of human resources. The HR team was a group of amazing women who always supported each other. Additionally, the Anza Corporate office is diverse and always brings all departments together with fun, inclusive activities, especially during the holidays. Overall, great place to learn and grow in the human resource field!

The HR team and Direct Supervisor I worked with always pushed to give me the knowledge to grow, both professionally and personally. They actively strive to teach and constantly offer courses and seminars to take if you are willing to grow in your role. The direct supervisor always had our back and listened when we needed support. The benefits(Medical and Life Insurance) and the paid time off are great. The location of the corporate office is beautiful. Despite some changes, I think the company could make I do not regret the 3 years I spent learning, growing, and making lifelong friends. If you are willing to put in the work, this is an amazing company you can gain experience from.
