Pros

Co-workers are great and work/life balance isn't too bad.

Cons

Typical large corporation culture and getting worse. Support staff is under-valued.

Pros

- The analysts and senior analysts are fun to work with - Lots of culture events (e.g. happy hours, Friday lunches, etc.) - If managers trust you, you can take on a lot of responsibility as a young person in the company - Good hours

Cons

- Salary is below industry average - There is noticeable tension between a) some managers and analysts, and b) managers and other managers

No support from management

Business Outlook

Pros

Paycheck and benefits. Having them, not the quality of them.

Cons

Management did not support the analysts in the field. Could not sign in to the intranet due to not having a company laptop. Could not access over the internet. Classes on the intranet were unavailable to me. When it came time for the annual performance review, I was told (on a scale of 1-5), no one gets above a 3. Then why bother with the review? Waste of time. Salary was limited to what the client wanted to pay, not performance based. PTO was always inaccurate on my pay stub.
