Pros

Aon offers fairly competitive salary and bonus potential. There is an option to work from home part time if this is feasible in your role.

Cons

There are far too many levels of management in the firm. Important information and details get lost in translation between the various layers of management. The focus is more on process over production. Many of the processes are extremely inefficient. The medical coverage benefits are very poor. You would likely be better off finding private coverage on your own.

Pros

Great collaborated effort and team building. Senior management has your back and will support you when fostering you as a team player.

Cons

Over worked, many people leave for better salaries and will continue to do so. The annual increase is nominal and not significant to the amount of work which is being done.
