Pros

Some departments offer flex-time scheduling, work from home opportunities, and/or travel opportunities. Generally, there is not much micro-managing, although it may depend on the manager.

Cons

There is not much of a team atmosphere. Aside from work-related interaction, there is hardly any socializing or interactions.

Pros

Good Benefits and lots of work, so you would think there would be job security.

Cons

They pride themselves on customer service and providing the best possible services to their clients but they do not provide enough resources and overwork and under appreciate their employees. For this reason, there has always been large employee turnover.

Pros

Get your career started, meet other people and make connections, and get out as fast as you can without getting hit with the door!

Cons

The hours, the incredible workload, the utter lack of support, the thankless accomplishments, the sneaky HR policies, the moral-crushing white boys' club.
