Pros

Good work environment and culture, women centric, transparency as in you can reach anyone for any thing, casual work attitude. No pressure of work, Infrastructure is really good to work with. Best corporate office to work with handsome salary.

Cons

No cafeteria, transport management is not upto the benchmark.

Pros

Tons of room to learn

Cons

No work life balance. Too many rules and regulations. Hours are 9 to 6. Hiring of cronies and no room for upward mobility. Benefits are expensive. No gender equality or racial equality. Fraternity for a few.

Great Place to Work

Pros

McLagan is smaller which gives you a lot of ownership and exposure early on and allows your ideas to be heard. There is enough variability in the work to make it interesting enough (unless you hate the field).

Cons

Has been behind in technology, but is going through a period of upgrading which will be difficult for the foreseeable future. A small-world feel where many people have been at the firm for most of their career. Not much change-the-world capability.
