Pros

Top 3 firm in the Pension world, Large credible firm, lots of resources (CFA reimbursement and incentives to take other exams)

Cons

Lots of competition to move upwards. As with many big firms you may not have as diverse of a workload in the entry level roles.

Pros

Honestly, just the people I worked with and having weekends off.

Cons

Management doesn't ever know what their doing. Everything is "hush hush". Company is very secretative about the future and plans and don't include you into anything. Customer Service Reps are never ackowledged for hard work. We're the backbone of the company and nobody knows how to do our job and we get nothing in return. Senior management isn't involved in anything.
