Pros

Salary and most benefits competitive. The salary was fair for the work being completed. There are also perks such as a gym on site and sufficient time at lunch to get time in at the gym. The stress level is average for most jobs. Management is helpful. And there is a mature atmosphere without a lot of gossip or politics.

Cons

Health care plans need better options. They are on the expensive side and have high deductibles. The culture is that of the usual office experience and could benefit from more stimulation. Salary is also paid twice monthly instead of the tradition weekly or bi-weekly.

Pros

Flex time options are available. Company offers a stable paycheck with little fear of outsourcing or downsizing.

Cons

Marketing leadership is poor. Overall company leadership is all talk. Compensation is below market value. Culture is toxic. Company always focuses on cheapest option available. Systems are inflexible. Processes are cumbersome and ineffective. Communication is poor in marketing department and between other functional groups.
