Pros

Can have helpful members on your team to get you on the right track.

Cons

I knew this wasn't my career job after the 1st week. MUST improve on training!! Virtual training to include client specific absolutely SUCKS! Was with the company for 9 months and ppl who have been with the company from 3 to 25 years all said training is the same and will never change. Company is now bought out and had a major layoff although more is to come. Grading on calls can be extremely subjective. Time off the phone for meetings or any random meetings, can count against you and can not be adjusted which effects you during promotion time. Pay raise can be a lot better to keep ppl their however high turnover with the company. Better positions are available in sales, IT, and HR recruiting

Pros

Large insurance conglomerate offers great benefits.

Cons

Cheap when it comes to salaries, raises & promotions. Too big of a company; services to clients suffer because they hire young, inexperienced people.
