Pros

Consistent hours, Paid time off. Not so bad if you aren't in Customer Service.

Cons

Pay is low and raises are on average 1.5% even if you exceed expectations, If you work in Customer Service you will earn time but probably can't use any of it because they have consolidated teams to make it difficult for anyone to take off, you are constantly in contingency and if you aren't someone already requested the days. Pay is literally the worst part though, employees feel heavily undervalued. Promotions are like unicorns in Customer Service.

Pros

-Pretty decent compensation -Opportunity to make a decent amount of money -Work we did was pretty interesting -Good room for advancement

Cons

-Not a lot of support for sales. I was relatively new to sales when hired on and there was minimal training or advice. Experienced sales people would have thrived in this role -Sales cycle for me was very long and that got discouraging after a while
