Pros

Great salary, benefits, decent yearly raises

Cons

Very little support, small tech teams, very little interaction even in the office environment. I have not been kept in the loop as to my position on the team as we are going through a major restructure, and nobody seems to care that is impacting my morale.

Pros

Flexible work from home options

Cons

Long hours Lack of work/life balance (weekend meetings and travel expected) Low to no merit increases Bonuses (intended to take the place of merit increases) got smaller every year Lack of culture. Many "senior" consultants act like spoiled children. No real market strategy. Sales rewarded over quality delivery or maintaining long-term client relationships.
