Pros

Great networking because of the clients they have, wfh, autonomy

Cons

Most of the claim consultants are very tenured (20-30+ years) and they don’t respect younger employees- even if you have the same experience. Bullying and discrimination is rampant. There is no way to move up or out- you are signing on for one role for 10+ years minimum. Aon also does not pay market rate. Consulting positions make 20k less than anywhere else.

Pros

Nothing nothing nothing nothing nothing

Cons

Awful... Management 0, Communication 0, Independence 0, Control 100%, Respect 0, they set goals but demand you to make more, they have people chasing employees, pressuring to be available all the time. They abuse students and people with less experience. No organization, seniors do what they want. Rotating of staff constant, they don't treat people nicely.
