High level of engagement with both the current clients and prospects when demoing the Apartments.com tool -- because the product just works and delivers the best results in the market. Growth, advancement and earning potential are a huge benefit. Dedicated work ethic directly translates into huge paychecks. There's a lot of moving parts and things to learn quickly, but when you're out in the field the days go by quickly and are fun.
Cons
Not necessarily the most significant con, but the knowledge dump that comes with new employee onboarding can be a challenge for some if you're not organized.
