Toxic culture from the top down. Management is a narcissist viper den. Middle management are incompetent bullies. Was great before Costar took over.

The schedule is flexible and the pay is good if you work hard. You get what you put in at this job, but the company is always offering trainings to sharpen your skills.

Cons

It can be a lot of information to digest at once. It’s a very fast paced environment. Organization is key.

Able to work from home 1 day per week. (Was better during the pandemic when Andy claimed to care about our health and mental well-being.) What a hypocrite he turned out to be. LOL We all know commercial real estate is on the downturn nowadays. He must hold onto the commercial real estate sector while he can.
