Pros

Really enjoyed my time at Apcera. For open and inclusive with decent perks and pay for a small company. Fabulous engineering team

Cons

Got acquired. The product was excellent but we were too early to the market. By the time the market was ready for a product like ours we were competing with a dozen different Open Source solutions.
